This is a special apparatus to determine blood cells' immune ability, using laser beam technique.

The apparatus consists of photons, which consists of laser head and light bulb. Focusing laser beam happened in three areas to sort the biological cells. For each area has a flow chamber, consists of sensing area, sheath and pressure to push the cells stream into flow chamber. In the sheath consists of three flow rates; low flow rate (10ul/min), medium (30 ul/min) and high (60ul/min). In the flow cell has side scatter and forward scatter. The cell sorting happened by sorting cell in four flow; fl1, fl2, fl3 and fl4. The results of cell sorting will be illustrated in curves, which will identify the cell type by different peaks, which produced by different pulses from the laser stream.
